An Incident

This morning, as Eddie and Dave went "out-outside" to play, Eddie tripped on the porch and dove down our cement stairs. His face hit the edge of the bottom stair. Needless to say, he was a bit upset.


I took this photo hours later. It looked a lot worse right after it happened, with a big blue lump forming just above the scrape within minutes. The lump went down pretty quickly, but I imagine the scrape will last several days.
